Can I buy a pattern?

I only have two patterns out, but I am working hard to make more for you guys.

How long does delivery take?

Since all items are handmade and shipped directly from me, Kniitslip – a small business – the processing time may take 3–5 business days.

After that, the following delivery times apply:

Denmark: 1–3 business days with DAO or PostNord

EU: 4–8 business days depending on country and shipping provider

Norway and Iceland: 4–8 business days depending on country and shipping provider

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship outside the Europe and Denmark?

No, at the moment I only ship to Denmark, EU countries, and a few Nordic countries outside the EU – namely Norway and Iceland. Right now, I’m keeping it close to ensure good service and manageable delivery times.

Please note that customers outside the EU (including Norway and Iceland) may be charged customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee at checkout.

What do I do if I want to return something?

You have 14 days to return your order, starting from the day you receive it.

If you wish to return an item, please email me at kniitslip@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Please read the full return and refund policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase/invoice.

How do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please write to me as soon as possible at kniitslip@gmail.com. If I have not already shipped the package, I can easily cancel it and refund the amount. If the order has already been shipped, the return policy applies instead.
