Shipping policy
Delivery Areas
Kniitslip delivers exclusively to addresses within Denmark, EU countries, and select Nordic countries outside the EU, specifically Norway and Iceland.
We do not currently offer shipping to countries outside of the EU or the specified Nordic countries.
Please note that international customers (including those in Norway and Iceland) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee paid at checkout.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand. Customers will be informed as soon as possible in case of any delays.
Delivery Time
Once the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

Other EU countries: 4–8 business days
Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the courier and external factors.
Shipping and Delivery Costs
All shipments are sent with tracking (track & trace), and the customer will receive confirmation and tracking details upon dispatch. Shipping rates are shown at checkout and depend on the destination country and the weight/volume of the goods.
Kniitslip may offer free shipping for orders over a certain threshold. Information about this will be available on the website and at checkout.
Transfer of Risk and Ownership
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer once the goods are delivered to the specified address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correctly provided at checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Kniitslip is not liable for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned for this reason, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for resending the order.
Undelivered or Damaged Package
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time, or if it is damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible at kniitslip@gmail.com, so we can investigate and find a suitable solution.
