Kniitslip is a Danish brand created and owned by me, Sofia Holck Petersen. I'm an architecture student and started knitting four years ago—at first just as a hobby. I designed everything freehand, without patterns, and shared my process on Instagram, where inte grew.

With support and attention from social media, Kniitslip has grown into a small knitwear universe with its own webshop—and hopefully, this is just the beginning.

The brand started in Aarhus, but is now based in Copenhagen. It is built on a love for hand knitting and the slow process of working with yarn, colors, and shapes. Every single piece of clothing is hand-knitted by me—and completely one of a kind.

With a special focus on colors, textures, and materials, Kniitslip plays with contrasts and details that make each design feel alive and unique.

I’m deeply passionate about this universe and dream of making a living from it one day. Any kind of support—whether it’s purchasing a piece of knitwear or a pattern—is truly appreciated.
